Plas-Tec's manufacturing facilities are installed with some of the state-of-art machinery to cope the increasing demand for its products and to increase variety of other specialised or customised products.

The 3-layer water chilled machine, which is used for blowing film, has the capacity to produce 70 metric tons per month for film thickness of 0.03 mm - 0.11 mm and film width of 540 mm – 1,000 mm.  Its annual production capacity is currently can produced to 6,000,000 pieces.  With further investment for another extruding machine and bag making machine, its production capacity will be increased to 8,000,000 pieces a year.
